The highest cycle time of the production line is 35s/piece, and the lowest is 2.5min/piece. The work-piece weights 300~2500 kg.

In 2019, Jinlong provided service for Zhejing DINGLI. Finished the powder spray production line for structural parts and sheet parts, large arm and curved arm parts powder spraying line, shear fork lift truck GA line, large arm and curved arm GA line, and painting line for balance weight. The production rate of the production line is 1.5 min/piece at the fastest and 10 min/piece at the slowest. The weight of the work-piece is 300~7500 kg.

Coating conveyor line is used to finish automatic conveying process for work-piece from load station to discharge station (loading, shot blasting, pre-treatment, water blowing, moisture drying, forced cooling, grinding repair, powder spraying, powder drying, forced cooling, discharge). The conveyor system is controlled by PLC, which is convenient for interlock and synchronization with other large equipment. Which realizes the automatic monitoring and tracking of the whole line, makes the mass production and organization more effectively.

The process design is specific per each work-piece, to improve the corrosion resistance and decoration ability, as well as appearance quality of it. All equipment involved in the production line must be painted uniformly according to the safety marking color. It should be easy to maintain and meets the safety maintenance management standard. Strictly implement relevant national laws, regulations, standards and specifications, and emphasize environmental protection, fire protection, energy conservation and safety in the design. Strictly implement national laws and regulations on labor safety, health and environmental protection, meanwhile consider cost reduction. Noise: low-noise equipment shall be used. The maximum noise around the equipment shall not exceed 85dB, and the ambient noise around the operator shall not exceed 85dB.
